Meet the Staff

Toni Richardson

LMT

In addition to being our Office Manager, Toni is a graduate of Pgh Technical Institute for Therapeutic Massage. Toni is insured with the American Massage Therapy Association and has over 17 years experience as a massage therapist, specializing in Therapeutic/Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Pregnancy Massage. Toni is an accomplished bodybuilding and figure competitor. She applies her knowledge of anatomy plus the demands placed on the muscular system, and incoroprates that into her massage skills. Toni provides relaxation and relief from the aches, pains and stresses of daily life. Adding myofacial release, which is light stretching along with the massage, aids in improved blood circulation, joint mobility and overall flexibility.

Dr. Zhisheng Yu

DIPLOMATE IN ACCUPUCTURE

Dr. Yu received her M.D. and O.M.D. in China. For over 20 years she has been a certified and licensed acupuncturist by the NCCAOM and the Pennsylvania Medical Board. She incorporates cupping, acupressure and acupuncture to her treatment experience. She is an extremely knowledgeable and compassionate physician and offers high quality patient care. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends acupuncture as an effective treatment for over forty medical problems, including allergies, respiratory conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, gynecological problems, nervous conditions, and disorders of the eyes, nose and throat, and childhood illnesses, among others.
